Delivery:
Our support and delivery teams will be in touch with you to ensure a smooth and hassle-free delivery experience.
Free Delivery:
Free delivery is applicable for the first attempt to deliver to your shipping address. If the first delivery attempt is missed, an additional visiting charge will be applicable for the second attempt.
Apartment Deliveries:
In the absence of a service lift, our delivery partner will only deliver to the ground floor of your apartment. If you require delivery to your floor, extra charges will apply per floor.
Special Deliveries:
Extra charges will be applicable for weekend or time-specific deliveries.
Holding Period:
If you fail to receive the delivery, your product(s) will be held at the nearest delivery hub for 10 days. After this period, The Wooden Store reserves the right to either change or cancel the order.
Installation:
Depending on the delivery condition, your product may or may not require installation assistance.
Delivery Conditions:
Pre-Assembled: No installation required. The product comes fully assembled and ready to use.

This product comes with a 36-month warranty, covering manufacturing and workmanship defects that may occur during the warranty period. The warranty is applicable for furniture used under normal household conditions.
What is not covered under this limited warranty:
Normal wear and tear of the product from prolonged use.
Minor cuts, scratches, or damages caused by improper cleaning methods or accidental impacts.
Damages resulting from incorrect installation or assembly by the customer.
Products stored, assembled, installed incorrectly, or cleaned using inappropriate methods or cleaning products. For example, upholstery furniture may fade over time when exposed to direct sunlight.
Cracks caused by moving or displacing the product.
Wood decay resulting from prolonged exposure to water.
Seasonal climate variations may cause solid wood to expand or contract. These natural characteristics, including joint lines and wood grains, are not considered defects and are not covered under the warranty. Seasonal splits or joint openings are only covered during the warranty period from the date of purchase.
Upholstery fabrics (such as seat covers) are not covered under warranty. For upholstered furniture, the warranty applies only to the frame and any mechanisms.
Damages caused by non-standard dry-cleaning procedures or the use of harsh chemicals.
Unevenness of up to 5 mm, as this is widely accepted due to variations in floor or surface levels, is not covered under the warranty.
